E.R. star John Stamos has sent his best wishes to his pregnant ex-wife Rebecca Romijn after learning she's expecting twins.Romijn and new husband Jerry O'Connell announced they were having babies over the weekend and Stamos couldn't be happier for the couple.The actor says, "I'm happy for all four of them and I wish them the best".Stamos and Romijn split in 2004 after five years of marriage.
