Country star Sara Evans has filed legal papers to set a trial date for her divorce from estranged husband Craig Schelske. The Cheatin' singer has submitted court documents in Franklin, Tennessee accusing Schelske of refusing to be bound by the terms of a mediation agreement the former couple made in May (07).Evans' legal papers claim a parenting plan formed part of the agreement reached.Evans and Schelske were married for 13 years - both accuse the other of having an affair. She filed for divorce in October 2006. Evans and Schelske met in 1991 and were married two years later. The couple have three children Avery Jack Lyons, Olivia Margaret adn Audrey Elizabeth.Evans began releasing material in the late 90's with very little success. But it was her 2000 album Born To Fly that propelled the singer to stardom going on to win best video for Born To Fly at the 2001 Country Music Association Awards.Her 2003 album Restless achieved similar success. By 2004 she was the most-played female singer country music radio.
