Stephanie Pratt has been released from custody following her arrest for driving under the influence (DUI).
Pratt, who appears on U.S. show The Hills, was pulled over by police in Hollywood in the early hours of Sunday (18Oct09) for an equipment violation.
But, after taking two breathalyzer tests and failing one of them, the blonde star was placed behind bars and bail was set at $5,000 (£3,300).
According to TMZ.com, Pratt was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after her second breath test registered at 0.9.
The television star was celebrating her sister-in-law Heidi Montag's birthday at a party on Saturday night (17Oct09) prior to her arrest.
Pratt was released from jail on Sunday afternoon.
