Bruce Jenner is being investigated for allegedly texting before he was involved in a fatal car accident.

The 65-year-old reality TV star and former Olympian was involved in the incident - which left one person dead and seven others injured - along the Pacific Coast Highway on Saturday (07.02.15) and according to gossip website TMZ, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is seeking a search warrant to determine if he was using his mobile phone while on the road.
The warrants, which relate to Bruce's phone records and the handset itself, will prove whether or not he was sending messages while driving his vehicle.
Bruce - who is currently going though a gender transition - was seen taking a sobriety test at the scene, which he passed, but was still driven away by law enforcers.
Texting while driving is illegal in the state of California and if Bruce is found guilty of the alleged crime, he faces charges of vehicular manslaughter, also known as unintentional vehicular homicide.
The scene of the accident - which involved four cars - is still being assessed by investigators, while coroners are busy trying to provide an official cause of death.
