Heidi Montag's father has been arrested.

Bill Montag was taken in by police on Thursday evening (29.01.15) in Aspen, Colorado, after a source reported him for allegedly having an incestuous relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
According to police documents, he, "groomed her with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home," with other supposed acts including oral sex and the use of a vibrator.
The documents also claim the final incident occurred in 1998 when he entered the girl's bedroom saying, "I want to have sex with you," to which she replied, "Get the hell out of my room, no!"
He is then reported to have responded by saying, "I thought that's what you wanted. I thought you loved me the way I love you."
The father of 'The Hills' star is accused of abusing the female over 50 times from 1993 until she turned 17, with these dates not matching up with those of Heidi, 28, or her older sister, Holly, 31.
Despite the serious allegations - which family members are yet to comment on - gossip website TMZ reports sources close to Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt suggest the claims have been made by someone who "is determined to destroy the family," and who has previously stalked the couple, who married in 2009.
