Mutti are searching for their Golden Tomato Cook!

If you think you've got what it takes and can stack up against some of the biggest names in the cooking industry, then Mutti are offering you the chance of a lifetime with their latest competition, as they scour the whole of the United Kingdom to find the country's best tomato home cook.

Looking for both authenticity and creativity, Chefs Ben Tish and Paul Foster from Great British Chefs, as well as Chef Gabriella Margiotta and Head Chef at Mutti, Italy, Carlo Casoni, will be on hand to judge the menus that the public have to offer.

Those who want to get involved are tasked with creating their own three-course menu - starter, main and dessert - with each of the dishes using a different and perfectly-matched product from the Mutti Essentials range.

The judges will then compare each of the menus on originality, presentation and overall appeal, whittling down the entrants to just five shortlisted menus, which will then be put to the public vote before the final three are invited to cook in front of the chef judges, during a live final at Sauce, by The Langham in London, on November 8th, 2021.

Cooks have until 11.59 pm on 21st October to create and submit their menus online, so, there’s no time to lose, get creating and get those entries in. To enter, visit https://mutti-parma.com/en/golden-tomato-cook/, where you can also discover lots of recipe inspiration and tips too. Full terms and conditions apply, details on the website.

So, what are Britain's home cooks fighting it out for? The first prize is a trip to Parma, Italy for two people across five nights, including accommodation, return economy flights, car hire and, a cooking lesson with Carlo Casoni himself.
