In looking through Piers Morgan's history of feuding with celebrities online, we discovered that he tends to spark up anger towards famous women predominantly more than celebrity men. So, we've taken a look at those who have bested him in an online war of words, and whilst it may not take much to make Morgan look stupid, we couldn't help but look back and laugh.

Lady Gaga

When Gaga explained she had been raped at just 19, the world sent her love and well wishes. She disclosed she struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder because of the assault, to which Piers said: "I come from a big military family. It angers me when celebrities start claiming 'PTSD' about everything to promote themselves."

The pair engaged in a back-and-forth, with Gaga being more polite than anybody would ever expect. She initially accepted an invitation to debate the topic with Piers in an interview, but when he continued to shame her online, she pulled the rug from under his feet.

"If you continue to shame me in the process of kindly agreeing to interview w/ u I'll happily do the interview with someone else." The interview never surfaced; Piers will be gutted he missed out on such an opportunity.

JK Rowling

In February 2017, Piers said that the "Muslim ban" put in place by the administration of President Trump in the United States wasn't actually a "Muslim ban" at all. In the debate, on Real Time With Bill Maher, Aussie comedian Jim Jefferies told the Brit to "f*** off", which JK Rowling tweeted was "*exactly* as satisfying as I'd always imagined."

Despite the Potter novels selling millions across the globe, that didn't stop Piers from trying to take a swipe at Rowling for her series, saying "this is why I've never read a single word of Harry Potter."

Rowling swiftly took him down, responding: "Because you had a premonition that one day the author would roar with laughter at seeing you called out for your bulls*** on live TV?", before adding that he was a "celebrity toady". Brilliant.

Kim Kardashian

Known for building up a business empire, but also recognised for taking off her clothes, Kim Kardashian shared a nude photo on social media that saw Piers reply: "I know the old man's $50m in debt, Kim - but this is absurd. Want me to buy you some clothes?"

Though she didn't respond to the pathetic attack on her "old man's" wealth - or lack of - she did suggest Piers would be better off on a website designed for cheating married men.

"Hey @piersmorgan never offer to buy a married woman clothes," she explained. "That's on some Ashley Madison type s***".

Little Mix

Little Mix stripped off and posed with insults written across their bodies on social media to promote their new single Strip just before 2018 came to a close, showcasing body confidence despite consistent criticism. Piers didn't like the campaign, and said it was a marketing ploy that was in no way empowering.

Jesy Nelson would then call him a "t**t" during a radio interview, before Piers would demand an apology on Good Morning Britain, then call her Instagram "grim".

How exactly did Jesy win this fued? By resisting rising to the bait time and again. She's got more class in her little finger than Piers could ever have.

Ariana Grande

Ariana would stick up for her Little Mix friends by replying to Piers's social media criticisms, taking him to task for picking on the girls.

It was actually Ariana's mother Joan who first engaged with Piers, asking him what was wrong with him and asking, "Didn't your mother ever teach you, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it!" Piers replied that Little Mix should use their talent to sell records instead of their bodies, "As your own daughter does".

Ari didn't take kindly to being dragged into the drama, quickly making her own thoughts clear: "I use my talent AND my sexuality all the time because i choose to. women can be sexual AND talented. naked and dignified. it's OUR choice. & we will keep fighting til people understand. i say this w all due respect but thank u, next."

She didn't stop there, and delivered one of the most brutal smackdowns to the host of all time:

Emily Ratajkowski

In one of the only things Piers manages to keep a consistent view on, he messaged Ratajkowski after she posed in a revealing photo shoot, offering to buy her some clothes. "You look freezing," he added.

Easily bringing the troll down to earth, she replied: "Thanks, but I don't need clothes as much as you need press."

Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen jumped on her husband John Legend's tweet suggested Piers should retire, asking her significant other: "From what? Trolling isn't a job (I've tried)".

The GMB host would reply with a boring jab about Teigen's own choice of work, saying: "Maybe I should take up a proper job, like modelling?", but it didn't take long for the glamour star to put him in his place.

"It keeps me nice and not-racist so sure, give it a go," she replied. Burn.
