Twitter and social media on the whole can be a cesspit of vile abuse and trolling. Every now and again, however, a trending topic or viral sensation will prove that there is more good in the world than bad. That's happened today (June 19), as #HowIFightDepression began to trend across the United Kingdom, with those who struggle with their own mental health offering up ideas and suggestions to others who may be in similar positions.

Falling into a deep depression is one of the toughest things a person can go through. It often feels like there's nothing left; the world can offer you no more. So, to see so many speaking out and giving their pearls of wisdom to a generation who are struggling more than ever before with their mental health is encouraging, to say the least.
