99 Truffles Cocktail Recipe
If you fancy yourself a bit of a Jay-Z when it comes to rapping some neat lyrics then why not try out his signature cocktail too?
He’s headlining Wireless Festival this evening so World Duty Free have teamed up with renowned mixologist Charlie McCarthy and glassware artist Melissa Bailey to create this Jay-Z cocktail.
Now it’s time to make your own!
99 Truffles Cocktail
Ingredients:
40ml Stoli Gold
20ml pear puree
10ml; fresh lime juice
2 basil leaves
½ tsp truffle oil
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Shake all the ingredients together in a mixer.
Double strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with 2 basil leaves and a slice of ginger.
