Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp granular Canderel
1 medium ripe pear
200 ml semi skimmed milk
150ml plain low fat yogurt
2 ice cubes
Method:
Put the coffee and cocoa into a large jug, add the hot water and stir to make a paste. Stir in the sweetner.
Peel and core the pear, then roughly chop add to the jug with the milk and yogurt and ice cubes.
Using a stick blend, blend until smooth. Alternatively use a jug blender.
Pour into glasses and serve
