Spicy Spanish Meatballs


Top chef Christian Sandefeldt is a pioneer of Modern European cooking with a Scandinavian twist and he has used his experience to create simple Swedish meatball meals using flavours from around the world.

You can make them in less than 15 minutes and enjoy the cuisine of the World Cup nations while watching their teams on TV.

Ingredients

A pack of Scan Meatballs
Chorizo, sliced
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
A wedge of lemon
Crusty bread

Method

1. Slice and fry the onions until golden brown, add the sliced chorizo and paprika.
2. Add the meatballs,.
3. Add chopped tomatoes to the mix.
4. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
5. Serve with crusty bread and a wedge of lemon.
