Youngblood Mineral Radiance Moisture Tint

Youngblood Mineral Radiance Moisture Tint

The summer is upon us and that means holidays, sun and unfortunately, less make-up! That summer glow, however, is essential so what better to use than a tinted moisturiser that will keep your skin hydrated and give you a hint of colour and coverage.

We’ve picked a cheaper tinted moisturiser and pitched it against a more expensive product to give you an idea of what you get for your money.

Save: No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream

I liked the product for its wide selection. It comes in three different creams depending on the condition of your skin, so there was an option for Normal/Oily, Normal/Dry or Dry/Very Dry. I chose the Normal/Oily version as I do suffer from having oily skin and it was brill. It wasn’t cakey in the slightest, it was easy to apply and it stopped the dreaded shine. The only negative for me was that the coverage wasn’t quite as much as I would have liked, but that’s a personal preference. The added bonus was the SPF 15 which will protect your skin from any sun damage! Get yours from Boots for £12.95

Splurge: Youngblood Mineral Radiance Moisture Tint

This product was great for me as it gave me the desired coverage, but again wasn’t too cakey and was incredibly easy to apply. It didn’t streak or stick at certain points on my face, and managed to retain a dewy look without any shine. For me, the winning point was that it came in a variety of shades, unlike the No7 one. As I’m naturally quite pale, once my tan fades, I can change to paler shade which I couldn’t with the No7. The negative for this was that it didn’t cater to different skin types, so the No7 won out on that point. It’s a little pricey at £32, but a little goes a long way! You can get it from ybskin.co.uk.
