Caroline Barnes, Max Factor make-up artist shares her tips on make-up brish techniques:
- Squeeze a blusher brush together at the base to align the bristles, this creates a perfect contour brush.
- Use a blusher brush to place powder just around your T zone when creating a dewy complexion.
- Use a flat angled concealer brush to get a perfectly angled cupids bow - some lip brushes tend to be quite angled so it’s harder to achieve a sharp edge.
- Wash brushes with fairy liquid, as the detergent rapidly removes grease from the bristles. Follow with a hair conditioner to avoid the hair becoming dehydrated and out of shape.
