Keira Knightley may favour Valentino and Chanel on the red carpet, but she insists that one day she’ll more likely to be featured on the worst dressed lists.
The actress finds that when she’s looking through magazines of celebrity looks she’s disagreeing with the choices they’ve made.
Speaking to Glamour magazine she said: "I always think that all those people on those 'red cross' lists are the best dressed. I tell you I'm headed in that direction.
“I'm always telling my stylist, ‘Don't make me too proper,' If it's perfect I'm not interested.”
The 29 year old actress confessed she loves the style of Helena Bonham Carter and praises her for her obscure fashion choices.
Keira says it’s all about enjoyment when it comes to personal style.
She continued: "I love what Helena Bonham Carter wears, because it's completely mad. If you're having fun, then who gives a f**k if you're trendy."
The brunette beauty also admitted to being a huge fan of singer Bjork's infamous swan dress at the Academy Awards in 2001, which she describes as her "all-time favourite" red carpet outfit.
Keira said: "That swan dress was my all-time favourite. And the fact that she was just walking down the red carpet laying eggs. That just makes me so happy.
"I'm always telling my stylist, Don't make me too proper,' If it's perfect I'm not interested. Because basically I just want to wear a mad dress and lay eggs everywhere."
