Donning a stunning embellished semi-sheer backless Michael Cinco gown for the fashion spectacular in New York City last May and although the outfit won widespread praise, she admits she spent the evening worrying about "mistakes" she may have made in the bathroom.
Speaking on Gemma Cairney's Radio 1 show, Paloma joked: "I don't think it was the most hygienic outfit with going to the toilet. I was double wrapping tissue cos once you've gone, whatever mistakes you make are with you for the rest of the evening!"
The 32-year-old star is famed for her quirky dress sense and is no stranger to suffering for fashion, but admits having to make an effort all of the time can sometimes be tiring.
She said: "It's quite difficult putting on this much make-up at this time of day, you can't even find your eye at this time, and don't know you're alive or not. I do feel like I have to because when they say they're going to film I'm like, 'Oh. OK'."
