Elle Macpherson has managed to win a "landmark" court case against the magazine Hello.

The Australian supermodel made a complaint after the publication printed images of her and her kids at a beach whilst on vacation.

Yesterday, the glossy mag was told off by the Press Complaints Commission, which concluded that the 42 year old beauty had "made a particular effort to choose a private holiday location".

Hello did not manage to persuade the commission that Elle and her kin were "not in a place where they had a reasonable expectation of privacy".
