Emma Watson has reportedly been signed up as the new face of Burberry.
The Harry Potter star had been dogged by Chanel rumours for the past few years, but now according to the Daily Mail, the gorgeous actress has signed a six-figure deal with the British fashion label.
Apparently she was due to be photographed for their autumn/winter 2009 campaign in London last weekend, but was reportedly not very happy to discover she would be photographed alongside a group of girls.
A source revealed to the Daily Mail: "Emma was always supposed to be the leading lady, so when she found out it was girls she was in the campaign with, she put her foot down and had them removed from the line-up. She now stars in the campaign alongside four hunky men."
It was only a matter of time until Emma landed her first fashion campaign, after all she signed to Storm model agency last year, and considering they represent the likes of Kate Moss and Lily Cole, we'd say she was in pretty good style company.
However, it appears Burberry are reluctant to reveal any details about Emma and their campaign, with a spokesperson for Burberry commenting to People, "The campaign is not yet finalised and we won’t release any information until around the time of the official launch in June."
