Christopher Kane, Jennifer Lang, Jonathan Saunders and Female First favourite Louise Gray are among the list of nominations for this year's Scottish Fashion Awards.
Scotland seem sto be brimming with fashion talent at the moment and the best of the bunch will be honoured at stunning Stirling Castle next month.
Hot new designer Christopher Kane won last year's New Talent prize and is back this year to compete with Deryck Walker, Jonathan Saunders, Jane Mac Millan and fellow Glasgow designers Vidler & Nixon for the top honour of Designer Of The Year.
Louise Gray, who was recently given the support of Fashion East for London Fashion Week, is up for the New Talent Award.
The Central Saint Martin's graduate is nominated alongside Scott Ramsay Kyle who she tipped as another one to watch when she spoke to Female First last week.
"Scott Ramsey Kyle does amazing embroidery for womenswear," she said.
Other awards include Scottish Model of the Year which includes supermodel and Vogue covergirl Kirsty Hume.
The winners will be decided by a panel of judges including Vogue Fashion Director Kate Phelan and Head of Couture at Vivienne Westwood Brigitte Stepputtis.
"We have had a record number of entries and nominations and the standard is extremely high: the judges have been set an exciting challenge to select the winner for each category," said awards chairman Jamie Fraser to Vogue.
The winners will be announced at a VIP event at Stirling Catsle on 9th September.
