Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn appear in the latest campaign for Balmain.

The model friends join Issa Lish, Binx Walton, Ysaunny Brito and Kayla Scott in stunning images for the French fashion house styled by Love magazine editor-in-chief Katie Grand and photographed by Mario Sorrenti.

In a statement to WWD, Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing said the campaign is meant to show "the beauty of different ethnicities" and reflect on his own situation, being "a black boy in a really important French house."

Rousteing took to Instagram yesterday (03.07.14) to unveil the new images of the models, which he dubbed the "Balmain army".

He wrote: "Thank u @kegrand and @mario_sorrenti_2 for believing in my vision. Your talent and passion is an inspiration for me. Different girls, different backgrounds come together strong to lead the new BALMAIN ARMY (sic)."

The adverts, which show the models gathered together wearing plenty of leopard-print and leather, will be in the July issues of Love and Vogue magazines.

The all-star cast replace pop star Rihanna as the face of the brand.

Meanwhile, Cara is as busy as ever and doing well on the campaign trail - she is back for a third season as the face of Mulberry, as well as Burberry, and is said to be the new face of Topshop.
