Gene Kelly dancing in the rain with his brolly is one of the most iconic images from the 1950's.
The movie celebrates it's sixtieth anniversary this year and it is still as charming a movie today as it was when it was first released.
Now musical aren't really my thing but this is such a fun packed and entertaining movie that you can't help but get swept away in it all.
Gene Kelly, Donald O'Conor and Debbie Reynolds have great chemistry throughout the movie and it this that makes the film so memorable.
There is just such energy in this movie and it's that that really makes it one of the best musicals of all time.
Over the years this movie has grown in stature and it really is a shining example of the saying - 'they don't make movie like they use to'.
Singin' In The Rain really does have that feel good factor and the story really is as good as the songs that come with it.
Singin' In The Rain remains one of the greatest movies to come out of the fifties it will have you dancing in your seat and wishing for rain.
