Meet The Cast & Characters of Zootropolis

We are huge fans of Disney here at FemaleFirst and Zootropolis is set to be the big film from the studio in 2016.

Zootropolis is set to be the fifty fifth animated feature film from Disney and it looks like it is going to be another 'must-see' smash it.

This is one of the movies that we are already looking forward to and we get to meet Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps, and Chief Bogo as Walt Disney Animation Studios unveil the exciting and talent packed voice cast for the film.

Jason Bateman, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Idris Elba are set to lead the cast as they bring Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps and Chief Bogo to life.

Nick Wilde is a con artist, Judy Hopps is the first bunny officer, while Chief Bogo is the head of the Zootropolis Police Department.

However, the talent doesn't stop there as J.K. Simmons, Octavia Spencer, Alan Tudyk, Nate Torrence, Jenny Slate, Tommy Chong, Bonnie Hunt, and Don Lake will voice the characters of Mayor Leodore Lionheart, Mrs. Otterton, Duke Weaselton, Benjamin Clawhauser, Assistant Mayor Bellwether, Yax The Yak, Bonnie Hopps, and Stu Hopps. The modern mammal metropolis of Zootropolis is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighbourhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it's a melting pot where animals from every environment live together - a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything.

But when rookie Officer Judy Hopps (Goodwin) arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn't so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde (Bateman), to solve the mystery.

2016 is set to be another great year if you are an animation film fan and Zootropolis is one of the movies that you just cannot afford to miss... cannot wait to see the first trailers and clips.
