Andrew Garfield has revealed that he was naked underneath his Spider-Man suit.
The actor takes over the role of Peter Parker as the Spider-Man franchise gets a re-boot this summer.
Speaking on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show the actor said: "It's just me [under there]. It's terrifying!"
The Amazing Spider-Man is set to be the biggest role of Garfield's career so far as he teams up with director Marc Webb and actress Emma Stone.
The Amazing Spider-Man is the first movie outing for Garfield since the huge critical success of Never Let Me Go at the beginning of last year.
It was 2007 when the last Spider-Man movie hit the big screen but director Webb has taken the story right back to the beginning and will follow Parker in his teenage years.
The Amazing Spider-Man is released 4th July.
