Hayley Atwell has revealed that she would love to appear in a second Captain America movie.
The actress took on the role of Peggy Carter in Captain America: The First Avenger which saw her star alongside Chris Evans.
And while she is keen to reprise her role she admits that she has no idea if a second movie will go ahead.
Speaking to The Press Association the actress said: "I haven't heard anything. There have been talks... there's a possibility.
She added: "I know they're either writing it now or they have written it by now, so I've moved on in another direction, but of course if they were to bring me back or ask if I was interested I'd definitely love to go back and revisit that role and develop her. That would be wonderful."
While it is still unknown is a second movie is in the pipeline Evans will be reprising his role as Captain America next summer in The Avengers.
