Jackson Rathbone has admitted that he has been taken aback by the level of interest surrounding the twilight series of movies, in particular the new film New Moon.
New Moon is the second of Stephenie Meyer's novels to be adapted for the big screen and excitement is already rising about the release, despite that release being six months away.
In the new movie Rathbone reprises his role as Jasper Hale, a member of the Cullen family.
In an interview with Shock Till You Drop the actor said: We started making this movie and people are already loving it and it's not even out yet," he explained.
"That was an experience in and of itself. I wasn't really prepared for it, but I was really thankful for it, because they're so supportive of what we do. As an actor, you need an audience."
Excitement grew when a sneak peak trailer was released last month but Rathbone has admitted revealed that that is only the start of what the fans can expect from the new film.
"That's only the beginning of it. They didn't show the entire thing. It's gonna be a really action-packed movie."
