Les Miserables is set to be one of the first not to miss movies of 2013 when it hits UK shores in early January.
And the first character poster for the movie has been released featuring Hugh Jackman as central character Jean Valjean.
The movie is already being talked about as a major Oscar possibility as winner Tom Hooper returns to the director's chair for the first time since his success with The King's Speech.
And Hooper has brought together a fantastic cast as Jackman is joined by Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway as they take on the roles of Javert and Fantine.
Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne and Samantha Barks are also set to star.

Jackman plays ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert (Crowe) after he breaks parole.
When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s (Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever.
Les Miserables is released 11th January 2013.
