Rare snaps of Marilyn Monroe's first photo shoot are to go under the hammer at a Florida auction later this year (11).
The collection, which contains an image of Monroe posing on the beach in a striped bikini, will be sold off in December (11) to settle the debts of the photographer, Joseph Jasgur, according to the New York Post.
Among the photos are black-and-white head shots of the blonde beauty and several model-release forms signed by the icon in 1946.
And the iconic actress is to be depictedon the big screen by Michelle Williams later this year in movie My Week with Marilyn - which is directed by Simon Curtis.
The movie also stars Eddie Redmayne, Kenneth Branagh, Emma Watson and Dominic Cooper.
