Naomi Watts has cemented her place on Australia's rich list after she was named the country's highest earning actress, ahead of her childhood friend Nicole Kidman.
The British star, who was born in England before moving Down Under as a child, came in at number three on BRW magazine's list of Australia's wealthiest entertainers with earnings of $19.3 million (£12 million).
The placing, behind Global Creatures - the group responsible for Walking with Dinosaurs, the Arena Spectacular - and children's entertainers The Wiggles, makes Watts Australia's highest earning actor ahead of her school friend Kidman, who is in fifth place with $18.8 million (£11.8 million).
The actress is back on the big screen in early 2012 as she teams up with director Clint Eastwood in J.Edgar.
She has also completed work on The Impossible, Movie 43 and is currently filming Sunlight Jr.
