Yesterday the first character poster for Les Miserables was revealed featuring Hugh Jackman and today it is the turn of Russell Crowe.
The actor will be back on the big screen in the new year as he takes on the role of Javert in the big screen adaptation of the hit musical.
It will be the first time that Crowe has worked with director Tom Hooper while Anne Hathaway and Amanda Seyfried are just two of the other names that are on the cast list.
But Les Miserables is a movie that people are already excited about and it will be the first not to miss film of 2013.
And 2013 is set to be a very busy year for the Oscar winning actor as he will also star in Broken City and Man of Steel.
Crowe is currently filming Darren Aronofsky's biblical epic Noah in which he is set to play the title role.
Les Miserables is released 11th January.
