Gary Oldman has joined the cast of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - the sequel to the 2011 film.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes was one of the best movies of this year and this second film is set fifteen years after events in the first.
Jason Clarke and Kodi Smit-McPhee are some of the other new faces that are already confirmed for the project while Andy Serkis is also back.
Serkis played the role of ape Caesar in what was a terrific performance from the actor.
The movie will follow humanity's battle to stay alive as they are being wiped out by a race of apes - it looks like Oldman is set to play a leader of the resistance.
Matt Reeves is in the director's chair this time around for what is his first film since Let Me In.
The movie is scheduled for release next year do production on the project is set to get underway later this year.
