Filming is under way on the Fast 8, which sees Diesel and Johnson return as franchise favourites Dominic Toretto and Hobbs - but it seems that everything is not rosy between the pair.

It started last month when Johnson took to social media to vent his frustration and an unknown person/or people - which was believed to be Diesel, who is also serving as producer on the film.

Speaking about the drama, Statham said: "I stay out of any bickering or any troubles that people have. I have nothing to do with it and I don't want any part of it."

As for Statham, he will be reprising the role of Deckard Shaw in Fast 8, a character that we were introduced to for the first time in the previous film.

The movie sees Statham reunite with Diesel, Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, and Michelle Rodriguez while Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron are two of the big new additions to the cast list.

Statham is currently promoting his new film Mechanic: Resurrection, which sees him reprise the central role of Arthur Bishop.

The movie comes five years after the release of The Mechanic and sees Statham team up with filmmaker Dennis Gansel for the first time. Gansel has brought us movies such as The Wave and We Are the Night and this is his first feature since The Fourth State back in 2012.

Mechanic: Resurrection will be the first time that we have seen Statham on the big screen since the success of Spy last summer.

Mechanic: Resurrection is released tomorrow and Fast 8 is released 14th April 2017.
