Karl Urban has recorded a special video thanking fans for their support of a Dredd sequel, and hints that it may yet happen.
Urban took over the role of Dredd back in 2012, despite it being a terrific movie it did struggle at the box office.
However, it has been a huge hit on home release and fans have been calling for a Dredd sequel to be made
Fans have set up a Facebook petition page to get the movie made; it so far has over 100,000 signatures.
Urban has hinted that they are battling to get a second film made in this new video thanks fans for their loyal support:
In the middle of last year it was revealed that DNA Film were reviewing the DVD/Blu-Ray sales of Dredd and considering whether or not to go ahead with a second film.
