If the big budget blockbuster is not your thing, then Learning To Drive could well be a film that's right up your street.

Learning To Drive

Learning To Drive sees Ben Kingsley team up with Patricia Clarkson for the new drama and I can't wait to see these two fab actors share the big screen.

And you can see the two of them in action in the brand new trailer for the film. Take a look:

Learning To Drive sees in the Isabel Coixet in what is her first feature film since Endless Night last year. Sarah Kernochan is also on board having penned the film's screenplay. The movie is based on the soul-searching essay by critic Katha Pollitt, which featured in the New Yorker.

Grace Gummer, Jake Weber, Sarita Choudhury, and Avi Nash complete the cast list and star alongside Clarkson and Kingsley.

Wendy is a fiery Manhattan book critic whose husband has just left her for another woman; Darwan is a softly-spoken taxi driver from India on the verge of an arranged marriage.

When Wendy hires Darwan to teach her to drive in a bid to reclaim her independence, her unravelling life, and his calm restraint seem like an awkward fit but as he teaches her to take control of the wheel, their unlikely friendship awakens them to the possibility of starting life anew.

Learning To Drive is released 10th June.
