Louis Leterrier revealed that the cast learnt some magic tricks whilst working on movie Now You See Me.
Now You See Me hits the big screen this summer and is a thriller that follows a bunch of illusionists - it really is set to be one of the most intriguing movies of the year.
Leterrier is in the director's chair for the film and he has brought together an impressive cast that includes Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, Isla Fisher, Woody Harrelson, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.
And the director reveals that the cast got to dabble in magic while they were making the film.
Speaking to Total Film Leterrier said: "Everybody has to learn magic on set. Jessie is great at sleight of hand, Dave Franco can slice a banana from across a room by throwing a playing card.
"We dropped Isla Fisher into a tank of water with really heavy chains wrapped around her. She was under water for two and a half minutes during one take.
"Woody Harrelson went out to bars and tried to hypnotise people... he tried it on Mark Ruffalo and we all pretended that it worked. Woody was so freaked out, he was like ‘I did it! I don’t know how, but I did it.’"
We haven't seen Leterrier in the director's chair since he helmed Clash of the Titans back in 2010 but this promises to be one of his most interesting movies yet.
Now You See Me is released 3rd July.
