Filming is under way on the new romance/drama and will see Haifaa Al-Mansour return to the director's chair. This is the third feature of her career and the first since she made her live action feature film debut with Wadjda in 2012.

The movie explores the love affair between Percy and Mary Shelley - which led to her write the iconic tale of Frankenstein.

Douglas Booth and Elle Fanning are on board as Percy and Mary while Williams has landed the role of Mary's friend Isabel Baxter.

A wonderful cast has been assembled as Joanne Froggatt, Bel Powley, Tom Sturridge, and Stephen Dillane will star alongside Fanning, Booth, and Williams. The movie is currently filming on location in Ireland and will be the English speaking debut for filmmaker Al-Mansour. Emma Jensen and Conor McPherson have teamed up to pen the film's screenplay.

We haven't seen Williams on the big screen since the critical success of The Falling last year but she is set to reprise the role of Arya Stark when the sixth season of Game of Thrones returns to TV later this spring.

Williams has also completed work on film The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, which will see her star alongside Jason Sudeikis and Jessica Biel.

Williams is fast becoming one of the most in demand young acting talents and we have seen her star rocket thanks to the hit television series.

No UK release date for the film has yet been announced.
