Mark Strong says that he really enjoyed working with fellow Brit James McAvoy on new movie Welcome To The Punch.
The pair team up as two men either side of the law in Eran Creevy's latest movie.
It is the first time that Strong and McAvoy had worked on a film together and Strong had nothing but praise for his co-star.
Speaking to the Press Association the actor said: "Working with James was great because he's a real professional.
"He's very strong and committed - the very guy you want to be doing scenes with."
Strong has already enjoyed success this year having been part of the critically acclaimed and Oscar nominated Zero Dark Thirty.
Strong is one of the busiest actors in film and he will continue to hold that title as he has a string of projects in 2013.
Mindscape, Closer to the Moon and Justin and the Knights of Valour are all set for release while he is currently filming Before I Go To Sleep.
Welcome To The Punch is released 15th March.
