Tracks is one of the 2014 movies that I am already looking forward to as Mia Wasikowska returns to the big screen.

Tracks has already played extensively on the festival circuit this year, and Wasikowska's central performance has been gaining rave reviews.

Wasikowska will take on the real life role of Robyn Davidson; a young woman who went on a nine month journey across the Australian desert.

The movie is based on the memoir by Davidson, and sees John Curran back in the director's chair.

Curran has been behind movies such as We Don't Live Here Anymore and The Painted Veil, and this is his first film since Stone back in 2010.

Wasikowska is joined on the cast list by Adam Driver, Emma Booth and Rainer Bock.

Tracks is released 25th April 2014.
