Hitting the big screen for the first time is children’s books favourite Captain Underpants, in the aptly-named Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie. A hilarious new clip from the film has now been released, showing the hero helping people in his own unique way, and you can check it out below:
From DreamWorks Animation, the film tells the story about two schoolboys who create a homemade comic book character, and turn their usually-grumpy teacher into him via hypnosis! What follows is a hilarious romp of an adventure for all, with vocal talent coming from the likes of Jordan Peele, Nick Kroll, Kevin Hart, Kristen Schaal and Ed Helms.
The film is produced by Mireille Soria and Mark Swift, with David Soren serving as director.
Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie hits cinemas across the UK on July 24, 2017.
