This Is Where I Leave You is set to hit the big screen this autumn, boasting one of the best comedy cast lists of 2014. And the brand new poster has been released.
This Is Where I Leave You marks the return of Shawn Levy to the director's chair, in what is his first film since The Internship, and he is working with some great comedy names.
Jason Bateman looks set to lead the cast, while Rose Byrne, Abigail Spencer, Timothy Olyphant, Kathryn Hahn, Tina Fey, Corey Stoll, Adam Driver, and Jane Fonda are all on board: I told you that it was an impressive line-up.
The movie is based on the best-selling novel by Jonathan Tropper: Tropper himself has adapted the book into the screenplay.
When their father passes away, four grown siblings, bruised and banged up by their respective adult lives, are forced to return to their childhood home and live under the same roof together for a week, along with their over-sharing mother and an assortment of spouses, exes and might-have-beens.
Confronting their history and the frayed states of their relationships among the people who know and love them best, they ultimately reconnect in hysterical and emotionally affecting ways amid the chaos, humour, heartache and redemption that only families can provide - driving us insane even as they remind us of our truest, and often best, selves.
