Tom Hiddleston has hinted that we are going to see an interesting relationship between Loki and Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok.

Hiddleston is set to reprise the role of Loki - who we have not seen on the big screen since Thor: The Dark World - in the third solo Thor film.

Mark Ruffalo is the big new addition to the cast list as he reprises the role of Hulk and it will be the first time that these two characters have come face to face since Avengers Assemble.

Speaking at the Wizard World Philadelphia, the British actor said: "It's no secret that the Hulk shows up in Ragnarok, and the last time Loki and Hulk were in the same room, [it] didn't go very well for Loki so, he's got a few chips on his shoulder. But yeah, it's fun, you'll see."

Thor: Ragnarok will be the first time that we have seen the character of Bruce Banner outside the Avengers franchise and I am looking forward to seeing these two characters come face to face once again.

Ruffalo is not the only new face to watch out for as Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum and Karl Urban are also on board.

It is also all change in the director's chair as Taika Waititi is set to direct his first Marvel film.

2016 has already been a busy year for Hiddleston with High-Rise hitting the big screen and the success of television series The Night Manager.

The actor is still in the mix to take over as 007 and we are still waiting to hear which actor will succeed Daniel Craig in this iconic role.

Hiddleston has also completed work on Kong: Skull Island - a King Kong origins story - which will hit the big screen next year.

Thor: Ragnarok is released 27th October.
