Woody Harrelson has described working on his new film Free Birds like being back at school.
The animation movie sees Harrelson team up with Owen Wilson as they voice the characters of turkeys Jake and Reggie.
And while Harrelson says he and Wilson had a great chemistry and worked well together, the director had other ideas.
Speaking to Variety the actor said: "It felt like being back in school again.
"Our chemistry, we felt, was pretty good on set. Now, that's our opinion. The director had a different opinion, because he decided to separate us for all our sessions."
Jimmy Hayward is in the director's chair for the film in what is his first big screen project since Jonah Hex.
A great voice cast has been assembled for the film as Harrelson and Wilson are joined by Amy Poehler, Keith David, Dan Fogler and Colm Meaney.
Harrelson will be back on the big screen this autumn as he reprises the role of Haymitch Abernathy in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Free Birds is released 29th November.
