The Roku Channel, which is available on all Roku, NOW and Sky Q devices, bring a selection of features to their platform every single month, and this month (May 2022) is no different. 

This May, Roku welcomes four new films onto its channel, which includes drama, emotion and crime. 

Roku adds content to its platform every month, including Original content as well as new and old TV series, movies, and kids’ content; Roku has something for everyone, every month. 

Blackway 

Lillian (Julia Styles) returns to her hometown after being continuously harassed by a former cop who is now a crime lord. 

He follows her home, and so she enlists the help of Lester (Anthony Hopkins), an ex-logger, and Nate (Alexander Ludwig), who will hopefully aid her in her plan for revenge. 

Welcome to the Rileys 

Welcome to the Rileys is a 2010 drama which stars Twilight actress Kristen Stewart. 

The feature sees Lois Riley (Melissa Leo) and her husband, Doug (James Gandolfini), who seemingly wish to drift apart from one another following the death of their teenage daughter, Mallory (Stewart). 

However, things appear to take a different turn when Doug meets a 16-year-old stripper while on a business trip... 

North vs South 

Two lovers from opposite side of Britain are caught in the wrath of the criminal underworld, which not only threatens their relationship, but the fate of those around them. 

Can the pair escape and enter romantic bliss, or will crime rule over them forever? 

The Cat’s Meow 

The Cat’s Meow is a historical drama that is based in old Hollywood. It follows the murder of Thomas Ince (Cary Elwes), which was committed on a yacht in the 1920s. 

Following Ince’s death, 14 Hollywood suspects refuse to spill anything –but who is really to blame?
