Held at London’s Roundhouse, the trio will perform at the month-long festival which also features performances from The Scissor Sisters, Tony Bennett and Ozzy Osbourne.

Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro said, “We love The Roundhouse, it’s got to be one of our favourite places to play – and watch bands – in London, so we’re really looking forward to it. Obviously the other key thing that makes this so great is the fact that those who can’t get into the venue can download the set from iTunes shortly after the gig. It works on every level.”

Biffy Clyro have already commenced this summer’s festival circuit with a set at the Isle of Wight Festival. In addition to the iTunes Festival, they’re also confirmed to play the main stages at T in The Park (July 11th), Reading (August 27th) and Leeds (August 29th).

The trio follow their summer festival dates with their biggest ever headline tour which includes three Scottish arena dates and culminates with a landmark Wembley Arena show:

November
25th – Aberdeen, AECC
26th – Glasgow, SECC
27th - Glasgow, SECC (added show)
29th – Hull, Arena
30th – Nottingham, Arena

December
1st – Plymouth, Pavilions
3rd – Manchester, Central
4th – London, Wembley Arena

Biffy Clyro have made a spectacular leap forwards with ‘Only Revolutions’. After the album debuted in the Top 10, the band’s many successes have included two sold-out UK tours which included gigs at Brixton Academy, Hammersmith Apollo and two rapturously received homecoming shows at Glasgow’s Barrowland, as well as their first ever NME Award for Best Video for the single ‘The Captain.’ In addition, they have also toured Europe as guests to Muse.

The band’s next single ‘God & Satan’ will be released on August 23rd.
