Sia is to release her brand new album '1000 Forms of Fear' next month through RCA/Monkey Puzzle Records.
Today though, Sia has revealed the album cover art for the record, as well as complete track listing and new track 'Eye of the Needle'.
This follows the huge success surrounding 'Chandelier', which managed to garner over 6.5 million views for its music video within just a week of release.
