Former Blur hotties Alex James has been honored with a doctorate from Britain's Bournemouth University.
The Parklife bass player, socialite and cheesemaker accepted his Doctorate of The Arts on Friday. He told students, "Follow your heart is the thing, whenever you find anything that you love, even if people think it's ridiculous... If you find something you love just go after it with all guns blazing."
James grew up in Bournemouth and revealed the town "holds a very dear place in my heart".
