50 Cent Hip-hop entrepreneur has signed a new deal to launch his own brand of headphones.

50 Cent has pulled the plug on his partnership with Sleek Audio and cancelled his Sleek by 50 headphone line, which debuted in January, in favour of a new business.

The In Da Club hit-maker teamed up with engineers at Sleek Audio to create a line of wireless audio accessories earlier this year (11), but company boss Mark Krywko announced the agreement with the star's G-Unit firm had come to an end last week (06 May 11).

50 Cent is refusing to let the failed business attempt turn him off the sound equipment industry - he has since entered into a deal with SMS Audio and will unveil a new collection of wireless headphones in the coming months.

50 cent said " As an artist, I am committed to bringing top-of-the-line audio products to my fans, and I am excited that I have the resources to achieve just that with this new venture."
