The Hawaiian-born singer is set to play dates in Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and London.
Mars had been nominated for seven Grammy awards this year and will launch his debut album Doo Waps & Hooligans with a show in London on 24 January.
Mars’ record label have confirmed that the album date has been moved forward due to high demands and will be released on 17 January.
His first single Just the Way You Are was number one in October 2010 and his second single Grenades is released this week.
