The sprawling Surrey mansion is one of the few ties the singer has with her love rat ex, and friends say Cheryl is on the hunt for a much smaller property in the West London area where she will be closer to work and able to reach Heathrow Airport easily.
To be honest, Cheryl REALLY doesn't need a huge mansion anymore (not that they did in the first place) and we think a cute little girly pad is just what she needs for her new start.
