DJ AM & Travis Barker

The administrators of tragic hitmaker Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein’s estate have settled their wrongful death lawsuit over the 2008 plane crash that left the late star severely burned and claimed four lives.

Goldstein was travelling back to Los Angeles from South Carolina with his pal, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker when the jet they were passengers on failed to clear a runway, crashed and burst into flames.

Barker and Goldstein, who were the only survivors, both suffered second and third degree burns. Goldstein's estate claimed the plane crash and subsequent injuries he suffered caused him to relapse into his drug addiction, which ultimately caused his death 11 months after the incident.

According to TMZ.com, the settlement involves all defendants, including Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Learjet. The deal comes two months after Barker settled with the same group of defendants he held responsible for the crash.

The terms of Goldstein's settlement remain confidential.
