The groundbreaking, highly influential Swedish hardcore band will perform on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on the American TV channel NBC, this April 23rd.

This is the band’s first ever television appearance that will coincide with the band’s first shows since their breakup in the late ‘90s and will include performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 13th and 20th and Groezrock Festival in Belgium on April 29th.

Refused have also announced an exclusive UK festival appearance at Download Festival on June 10th. The band will be touring in Europe this spring / summer, and will perform at several key festivals, including Rock Am Ring / Rock Im Park in Germany, Roskilde in Finland, Way Out West Festival in Sweden and Primavera Sound in Spain, amongst others.

Originally released in 1998, The Shape of Punk to Come  has become one of the most influential albums in decades, fusing punk,  metal, hardcore, techo, jazz, emo, and hip-hop into a meld of intricate, politically charged punk that has graced ‘best of’ lists since its release.

Refused’s most critically acclaimed and final album exploded on the scene with the jaw-dropping hardcore anthem 'New Noise,' which helped change the game forever by influencing a range of genres to this day, which includes being named 'Best New Re-issue' by Pitchfork.com in 2010.
