Usher probably thought inviting a fan onto stage with him might make him feel a little bit like a demi-God for about three minutes…. What he probably didn't expect was to be kicked in the face.
Usher was singing at Madison Square Garden when he invited an adoring fan to join him on stage. It was all going well until the over-excited lady tried to wrap her leg over the star's head (as you do) - managing to smack him square in the face with the heel of her shoe, instead. Ouch!
Ever the professional, Usher quickly brushed over the drama by saying; "We play rough in bed, you know. We kick each other in the face and all kinds of good stuff."
Brilliant.
